Ind. Code § 31-17-2-16

Counseling for child

As added by P.L.1-1997, SEC.9. Amended by P.L.129-2005, SEC.2.

Upon:

  1. (1) the court's own motion;
  2. (2) the motion of a party;
  3. (3) the motion of the child;
  4. (4) the motion of the child's guardian ad litem; or
  5. (5) the motion of the court appointed special advocate;

    the court may order the custodian or the joint custodians to obtain counseling for the child under such terms and conditions as the court considers appropriate.
