A bond required under this article to secure the obligation of child support, enforcement of a custody order, or enforcement of a parenting time order must:

1. (1) be in writing; and

2. (2) be secured by:

   1. (A) at least one (1) resident freehold surety; or
   2. (B) a commercial insurance company.
