As used in this chapter, "custodial trust property" means the following:

1. (1) An interest in property:

   1. (A) transferred to; or

   2. (B) held under a declaration of trust by;

      a custodial trustee under this chapter.

2. (2) The income from and proceeds of the property interest described in subdivision (1).
