Ind. Code § 30-2-8.5-4

"Custodial property" defined

As added by P.L.267-1989, SEC.2.

As used in this chapter, "custodial property" means:

(1) an interest in property transferred to a custodian under this chapter; and
(2) the income from and proceeds of that interest in property.
