1. (a) The election division shall prepare and make available to the public an annual report including compilations of total reported contributions and expenditures for all candidates, committees, and other persons during the year.

2. (b) Each county election board may prepare an annual report that includes compilations of total reported contributions and expenditures for all candidates, committees, and other persons within the county during the year.
