Ind. Code § 3-7-34-1

Applicability of chapter

This chapter applies when a county voter registration office receives a registration form that is not properly completed under:

  1. (1) IC 3-7 or 52 U.S.C. 21083; or
  2. (2) is filed in an incorrect county.
