Upon written request and as soon as the list required by section 4 of this chapter is prepared, a copy of the list shall be furnished to the following:

1. (1) The county chairman of any political party that has at least one (1) candidate on the ballot in the next election.
2. (2) The committee of a candidate whose name will appear on the ballot in the next election.
3. (3) The county chairman of any other bona fide political party.
