The election division may not provide any part of the compilation of the voter registration information contained in the computerized list except:

1. (1) as provided in IC 3-7-26.3 or this chapter;
2. (2) to perform voter list maintenance duties required by 52 U.S.C. 21083; or
3. (3) to redact voter registration information declared confidential under a court order or IC 5-26.5-2 .
