Application for driver's license or other identification as voter registration application

An application to obtain or renew a motor vehicle driver's license, permit, or identification card serves as an application for voter registration:
- (1) under this article; and
(2) as provided in 52 U.S.C. 20504(a)(1);
unless the applicant fails to sign the voter registration application.
