A poll taker entering student housing under section 2.5 of this chapter must:

1. (1) be a student enrolled at the college or university;
2. (2) carry a poll taker’s certificate issued under section 2 of this chapter;
3. (3) carry an identification card that includes a photograph of the student;
4. (4) check in at the main desk, or with the person in charge of security for the building, upon arrival at the student housing; and
5. (5) check out at the main desk or with the person in charge of security for the building before departing.
