Ind. Code § 3-5-5-3

Residence in more than one precinct; no residence both within and outside Indiana

  1. (a) A person does not have residence in more than one (1) precinct within Indiana.
  2. (b) For purposes of this chapter, a person does not have residence both within Indiana and outside Indiana.
