Ind. Code § 3-5-2.1-14
"Breach of peace"
As added by P.L.186-2025, SEC.6.
"Breach of peace" means breaking or disturbing the public peace, order, or decorum by any riotous, forcible, or unlawful proceedings, including fighting or tumultuous conduct.
