Ind. Code § 3-5-2-34.7

"Paper ballot"

As added by P.L.58-2005, SEC.2.

(a) "Paper ballot" refers to a ballot that is:
1. (1) marked by a voter using a pen or pencil; and
2. (2) designed to be counted by hand and not counted on an automatic tabulating machine.
(b) "Paper ballot" does not include a ballot card.
