A printer of the ballots for an election, or person employed in printing the ballots, who knowingly:

1. (1) delivers a ballot to a person other than a county election board for which the ballots are being printed;
2. (2) prints a ballot in any form other than the one prescribed by law; or

3. (3) prints a ballot containing any names, spellings, or arrangements other than as authorized by the election division or a county election board;

   commits a Level 6 felony.
