1. (a) Political parties or independent candidates described in IC 3-6-8-1 may appoint watchers at the location for counting provisional ballots.

2. (b) A watcher appointed under this section:

   1. (1) has the rights; and

   2. (2) must follow the requirements;

      set forth in IC 3-6-8 .
