Absentee ballot counter, provisional ballot counter not lucrative office
As added by P.L.109-2021, SEC.68.
For purposes of Article 2, Section 9 of the Constitution of the State of Indiana, the position of absentee ballot counter or provisional ballot counter is not a lucrative office.
