Duplicate cards; identification information

As added by P.L.3-1993, SEC.176 and P.L.19-1993, SEC.2.

All duplicate cards must:

(1) be clearly labeled "duplicate"; and
(2) bear a serial number that shall be recorded on the damaged or defective card.
