Application of chapter to certain voters

As added by P.L.169-2015, SEC.95.

The provisions of this chapter relating to an absentee ballot application do not apply to a voter who votes:

(1) in person under IC 3-11-10-26 or IC 3-11-10-26.3 ; and
(2) in a county using an electronic poll book.
