Ind. Code § 3-11-3-14

Messenger's compensation and mileage allowance

As added by P.L.5-1986, SEC.7. Amended by P.L.10-1997, SEC.3.

If a county election board dispatches a messenger under section 13 of this chapter, the messenger is entitled to receive:

  1. (1) two dollars ($2) for time; and
  2. (2) a mileage allowance at a rate determined by the county fiscal body for the distance necessarily traveled.
