As used in this chapter, "virtual currency transaction" means:

1. (1) an exchange of virtual currency for:

   1. (A) money;
   2. (B) bank credit; or
   3. (C) another form of virtual currency; or

2. (2) an exchange of:

   1. (A) money; or

   2. (B) bank credit;

      for virtual currency;

      conducted through a virtual currency kiosk.
