Ind. Code § 28-8-4-8

Executive officer

As added by P.L.42-1993, SEC.85.

As used in this chapter, "executive officer" means a person who is or performs the duties of the licensee's:

(1) president;
(2) chief executive officer;
(3) treasurer; or
(4) chief financial officer.
