Duty to safeguard personal records

As added by P.L.90-2008, SEC.60.

The following persons are subject to IC 28-1-2-30.5 with respect to any records maintained by the person:

(1) A person licensed or required to be licensed under this chapter.
(2) An authorized delegate of a person described in subdivision (1).
