Effect of amendments by Acts 1974, P.L.130

As added by P.L.1-1989, SEC.58.
  1. (a) This section applies to a credit union organized under Acts 1933, c.40, s.296 through s.323.
  2. (b) The amendments to this chapter made by Acts 1974, P.L.130 do not affect a credit union's rights existing on June 11, 1974.
