Ind. Code § 28-6.2-1-13

"Mutual savings bank" defined

As added by P.L.122-1994, SEC.101. Amended by P.L.11-1998, SEC.12.

"Mutual savings bank" means a financial institution:

(1) defined in IC 28-6.1-2-5 ; or
(2) organized, reorganized, or operating before January 1, 1993, under IC 28-6 (before its repeal).
