As used in this chapter, "foreign savings association" means:

1. (1) a savings association:

   1. (A) that is organized or reorganized under the laws of any other state or territory of the United States, including the District of Columbia; and
   2. (B) whose home office is located outside Indiana; or
2. (2) a federal savings association whose home office is located outside Indiana.
