Ind. Code § 28-14-3-23
Service as successor trustee
As added by P.L.262-1995, SEC.90.
For the purposes of IC 30-4-3-29 , a corporate fiduciary may serve as a successor trustee in the same capacity as if the corporate fiduciary were a bank (as defined in IC 28-1-1-3 ).
