"Acting as a fiduciary" means undertaking to act primarily for the benefit of another. The term includes the following:

1. (1) Acting alone and jointly with others.

2. (2) Acting:

   1. (A) as a trustee;
   2. (B) as a personal representative;
   3. (C) as a registrar of stocks and bonds;
   4. (D) as a guardian or conservator of estates;
   5. (E) as an assignee;
   6. (F) as a receiver;
   7. (G) as a custodian;
   8. (H) as an investment manager or agent;
   9. (I) as a managing agent; or
   10. (J) as in any other, similar capacity.
