Ind. Code § 28-1-21.4-4 – "Effective time of the charter conversion"

As used in this chapter, "effective time of the charter conversion" means the date:

(1) that the articles of conversion are filed with the secretary of state under section 16 of this chapter; or
(2) designated in the articles of conversion.
