Ind. Code § 28-1-1-3.7

"Emancipated youth"

As added by P.L.90-2025, SEC.1.

For purposes of section 7 of this chapter, "emancipated youth" means an individual who is less than eighteen

(18) years of age and has been:
(1) granted emancipation; or
(2) emancipated by operation of law.
