Ind. Code § 27-8-38-7
"Specialty care transport"
As added by P.L.170-2022, SEC.38.
As used in this chapter, "specialty care transport" means transport in which the level of service or procedures required is as set forth in 836 IAC 2-2-3(k) as in effect on January 1, 2022.
