Ind. Code § 27-8-32-1

Application of chapter

As added by P.L.46-2009, SEC.1.

This chapter applies to a policy of accident and sickness insurance that provides coverage for both of the following:

(1) Orally administered cancer chemotherapy.
(2) Cancer chemotherapy that is administered intravenously or by injection.
