Ind. Code § 27-8-24.7-4
"Women's health care provider" defined
As added by P.L.192-1996, SEC.2.
As used in this chapter, "women's health care provider" means a physician licensed under IC 25-22.5 who specializes in the provision of obstetric or gynecological services.
