Application of chapter

As added by P.L.220-2011, SEC.448.

The addition of this chapter by P.L.277-1993(ss) applies to insurance policies or health maintenance contracts that:

(1) are entered into or renewed with employers or individuals; and
(2) become effective after June 30, 1993.
