1. (a) A small employer insurer may reinsure an entire small employer group not later than sixty (60) days after the commencement of the coverage of the small employer group under a health insurance plan.
2. (b) A small employer insurer may reinsure coverage of an eligible employee or the dependent of an eligible employee under a health insurance plan issued to a small employer not later than sixty (60) days after the coverage of the eligible employee or dependent of the eligible employee commences.
