- (a) As used in this section, "insurance producer" has the meaning set forth in IC 27-1-15.6-2 .
- (b) An insurer shall provide any insurance producer who has contracted with the insurer with access to a complete list of every provider that has entered into an agreement with an insurer under section 3 of this chapter.
- (c) An insurer shall make the information described in subsection
- (b) available on the insurer's portal for insurance producer communications.
