Ind. Code § 27-7-3-3.5 – Requirements applicable to issuers of title insurance

(a) A domestic corporation admitted to do business as described in section 3 of this chapter is subject to the following:
1. (1) IC 27-1-6-21 .
2. (2) IC 27-1-7-11 .
3. (3) IC 27-9 .
(b) A foreign corporation admitted to do business as described in section 3 of this chapter is subject to IC 27-1-17-9 .
