Ind. Code § 27-2-19-1
"Governmental agency" defined
As added by P.L.187-1996, SEC.1.
As used in this chapter, "governmental agency" means any:
- (1) department;
- (2) division;
- (3) public agency;
- (4) political subdivision; or
(5) other public instrumentality;
of a political subdivision, the state of Indiana, or the federal government.
