Ind. Code § 27-19-2-15 – "Public health insurance program"

(a) "Public health insurance program" refers to health coverage provided under a state or federal government program.
(b) The term includes the following:
1. (1) Medicaid (42 U.S.C. 1396 et seq.).
2. (2) The healthy Indiana plan established by IC 12-15-44.5-3 .
3. (3) The children's health insurance program established under IC 12-17.6 .
