Ind. Code § 27-17-3-2

Denial or revocation of registration

As added by P.L.73-2006, SEC.3.

A discount medical card program organization's failure to:

  1. (1) comply with an action of the department under section 1 of this chapter; or

  2. (2) pay expenses incurred under section 1 of this chapter;

    is grounds for denial or revocation of a registration issued under IC 27-17-2 .
