1. (a) The department shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to specify any other fee to be charged under this article.

2. (b) A fee:

   1. (1) for which the amount is not specified in; and

   2. (2) that is charged under;

      this article must not exceed the amount reasonably necessary for the administration of this article.
