This article and a professional employer agreement do not affect, modify, or amend:

1. (1) a collective bargaining agreement; or

2. (2) rights or obligations of a client, PEO, or covered employee under:

   1. (A) the federal National Labor Relations Act (29 U.S.C. 151 et seq.);
   2. (B) the federal Railway Labor Act (45 U.S.C. 151 et seq.); or
   3. (C) IC 22-7 .
