Ind. Code § 27-14.5-2-12
Required vote of members in favor of plan of reorganization
As added by P.L.226-2023, SEC.30.
A plan of reorganization is approved under this chapter upon the affirmative vote of at least a majority of the votes cast by eligible members either in person or by proxy.
