"Person" means any of the following:
- (1) An individual.
- (2) A group of individuals acting in concert.
- (3) A trust.
- (4) An association.
- (5) A partnership.
- (6) A limited liability company.
- (7) A corporation.
- (8) A joint venture.
- (9) A government or governmental subdivision, agency, or instrumentality.
- (10) Any entity.
