1. (a) A health maintenance organization shall provide any insurance producer who has contracted with the health maintenance organization with access to a complete list of every participating provider that provides health care services through the health maintenance organization.
2. (b) A health maintenance organization shall make the information described in subsection (a) available on the health maintenance organization's portal for insurance producer communications.
