Ind. Code § 27-13-25-1

Rehabilitation or liquidation as an insurance company; applicability of IC 27-9

The rehabilitation or liquidation of a health maintenance organization:

  1. (1) shall be considered to be the rehabilitation or liquidation of an insurance company; and
  2. (2) shall be conducted under IC 27-9 .
