Joint organization or operation as health maintenance organization
As added by P.L.26-1994, SEC.25.
Notwithstanding any other law:
- (1) insurers;
- (2) hospitals; or
- (3) subsidiaries or affiliates of entities referred to in subdivisions
(1) and (2);
may jointly organize and operate a health maintenance organization.
