1. (a) A health maintenance organization shall file the following information with the commissioner as part of the filing under this chapter:

   1. (1) The change in hospital reimbursement for inpatient and outpatient services from the preceding calendar year.
   2. (2) The impact of the change described in subdivision (1) to policy premiums.

2. (b) The department shall annually submit a report to:

   1. (1) the general assembly, in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 ; and

   2. (2) the governor;

      summarizing the information submitted to the department under subsection (a).
