Ind. Code § 27-13-1-22
"Net worth"
As added by P.L.26-1994, SEC.25.
(a) "Net worth" means the excess of total admitted assets over total liabilities.
(b) For the purposes of subsection (a), "liabilities" does not include fully subordinated debt.
