Ind. Code § 27-13-1-10.5

"Credentialing"

As added by P.L.26-2005, SEC.3.

"Credentialing" means a process through which a health maintenance organization makes a determination:

(1) based on criteria established by the health maintenance organization; and
(2) concerning whether a provider may serve as a participating provider.
