Ind. Code § 27-13-1-10
"Covered by a health maintenance organization"
As added by P.L.26-1994, SEC.25.
"Covered by a health maintenance organization" means that a person is contractually entitled, either directly or indirectly, to health care services from the health maintenance organization.
